Make sure when customers drop off the vehicle to a key drop make sure the vehicle gets checked in I was accused of not returning my rental but with a few phone calls I got it straightened out

The truck rattled and shook a lot when it hit 65 -70 miles an hour. The windshield was so caked on with crap from the trees and bird crap that didn't come off even with the window wipers and wash. Lastly, when I picked up the truck it had a quarter tank of gas in it which is ridiculous. I put $60 in it, which moved the needle to 3/4 of a full tank. I only used a quarter for my move, so I would like to be compensated for the other quarter ($30) that I put in and didn't use. When I pick up a car or truck, it should be full with gas and then I top off before I bring it back. I look forward to seeing a credit on my bill....Regards, Chris

Richard BThis is a NEW location in Norwood - Broadway Street, Norwood. I USED to rent from Route One/Providence Highway in Norwood. This location is much better for my moving purposes. The store manager is a TEN out of TEN! He was super helpful and explained to me the requirements of the rental. I will go to this location as we continue to move students in our household to and from college. Thank you!
