I was not informed of the procedure for leaving the Uhaul after closing hours. I would have appreciated the clerk communicating that information to me when I picked up the Uhaul.

I ordered a dolly and never received it. I called to let them know and asked for a refund on the dolly. I had to call 5 times each time they said someone would contact me the same day and it never happened so Im still waiting on that refund. I also was told before i picked up my haul i would have a flat rate of 120 but when i got there they said it would be 155.

On phone they assured me I could leave my car 4 hours while renting pickup. When I arrived, it was, "Who told you that! You must park in street!" This is a dicy area and I didn't trust parking on street. There was plenty of space in the huge lot!! Very frustrated w "bait & switch"

Change your system to where the business can check and update reservations. Or have customer service training where they don't tell me to call the 1 800 number and they don't have reservations, so I leave, and come back 5 minutes later after finding that there's reservations there for me to get when I call. The employee at the desk told me that there was no reservations 5 minutes ago and had me leave but they should have had me wait at the store whi2l I checked with the 1-800 number, or better yet just allow them to update cancelled reservations at their store. Whatever the case maybe it was literally 5 minutes and I should not have had to leave.

My only complaint was it took about 45 mins to do paperwork & get truck. There was only myself an 2 others customers and there was 3 employees working. . .So it was a little slow in processing. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly.
