It's a convenience store busy environment with customers being served by one attendant and waiting in line to be served. Should be a dedicated person serving U Haul customers. Otherwise, all went well.

Even though we had filled up, we were short by less than 1/16" of gas. However, we were charged $21 for the difference. I told the attendant I would take the truck across the street to put in about $5 worth of gas to cover the missing amount, but he had already processed the charge. I feel this was a sneaky move to charge the customer more money, I did not find that good customer service.
NESTOR PThat was my worst experience I had with customer service. They didn’t have any clue about customer service. The truck was under a load of snow and very dirty inside. I had no idea that I have to clean the truck inside out on the day of my moving when i had stress to run on time.

GOVIND BCleaning and transparency on fuel. Every customer will not take any photo for fuel before trip, When they returning they are asking more fuel which I don’t see before trip. With out customer confirmation they are charging from credit card directly. I filled gas 80$ for 116 km. Thnaks Upender 778-798-1080
