The policy is for the rental to be cleaned upon it's return, but when I received the rental, the vehicle's interior was still dirty from the previous customer and was not corrected. Other than that, my experience was good.

First of all the employee Tameika is extremely rude. I was driving into the property with my personal pick up truck and shouted in front of everyone to get off the property a d park outside that she didnt want a y personal vehicles on property. When I put my window down to tell her that i was here to pick up a trailer she didnt care. I then told her she was extremely rude. Had to wait over 20 mins in line. But the girl at the front counter that assisted us was actually really nice.

While the lady who helped me when I returned the truck was friendly, the lady who was there upon pickup was not. Additionally, when she inspected the truck before I took it, she failed to note that the bag of moving-pads was not zip-tied. I never used any of the moving-pads, yet was charged for them (since the zip-tie was missing). I did not know to check for that detail on my own, as I've never rented a truck with a moving-pad bag attached to the inside of the back of the truck.

Facility smells like a dirty toilet while indoors. The pickup truck was dirty when I picked it up. Very long wait time when returning, I lost my patience and started the return via the U-Haul app on my phone!

Unsatisfied because when we arrived, we were informed that they were unable to accept the vehicle because their lot was full. We were told to drop off the vehicle to Sunflex on NW 7 Av (we were never provided a complete address). Although we were exhausted, we proceeded to drop off at this new location. Uable to find it & I then contacted Uhaul and was transferred to scheduling where we were advised that we were to return back to the 12865 NW 7 Av location. We were informed that they should have taken the vehicle in the first place & they should not have sent us away in that manner. We then drove back to the location and the vehicle was accepted but not without being told that it was an inconvenience to them for someone would have to leave the location to drop off the vehicle to the proper drop off location because someone was awaiting the rental. We were very tired as were drove in late from SW Florida, to unload the truck which we finished at approximately 4:30am. We stayed up to drop off at this location because it was near the house and it opened at 7am. We were very satisfied with all other personnel including those who answered our calls and those who work in the scheduling department. We are very disappointed to see how an organization would not work with it’s customer.

Made online reservation with imediat pickup on the app. Waited 45 minutes in line anyway and had to enter all my infor again, only 1 person in front of me. The car was not ready and 3 people had to come and figure out why they cant rent it to me. Staff blamed the computers but they had no ideea what they were doing and trying to help 2 people at the same time. Got the key finally and was asked to go outside to pickup the truck and do an inspection with the employee. Nobody helped me, had to beg someone to help me. The truck was in very bad shape. Check engiene light was on. Tire pressure warning on dashboard. Employee yelling at another customer to clean up the truck they just returned, almost started a fight. Basically you would have to put a gun to my head to go back to that rental place.

Our experience was a disaster and I will probably never use U-Haul again. When we tried to return the truck at night, neither the app nor the website were working. We called to get help, and it ultimately took 30 minutes just to drop the truck off. When we called the next morning just to make sure everything was in order, we were informed that we were being charged a $150 fine for a dent that we did not cause. We literally had video of the truck PROVING that the dent was there before we drove it off the lot. But that didn’t matter. We still had to spend HOURS on the phone with multiple managers just to get the charge removed from our credit card. The manager of this location was extremely unhelpful and downright rude. We called multiple times to speak with her about the issue and she refused to return our calls. Left with no choice, we called corporate for assistance. The manager then had the nerve to call the corporate office and cancel our report even though she had done nothing to deal with the problem. She even suggested that we needed to physically show up with our video (rather than sending it to her) to resolve the issue. We ultimately had to go well over her head just to get help. The customer service was not only bad, it was disrespectful. Our entire rental should have been refunded after this experience but, unsurprisingly, nothing was offered for our trouble. The last thing this company is focused on is doing the right thing.

The tail gate didn't work. Mikayla was rude about the return replacement. I had to pay half of the non-useable return mileage. This was my worst rental experience with Uhaul. After experiencing better, the worst was this rental.
