Make sure to let the customer know exact times so he is not charged for another day. We dropped off at 9 but had picked up 20 minutes early. We had to call several times in order to be released from it. Situation was resolved after half an hour. Overall all went ok.

Logan B.Pick up location was a bit inconvenient and out of the way. The truck was a 2021 and ran very good. I used a car Carrier for my Tacoma. It was very easy to load and unload. On the road I hardly knew the carrier was back there. Over all an excellent 13hr U Haul experience.
