We had this same unit from Michigan, a few weeks ago. The floor is really squeeky and the board are horrible, they need to be replaced. I do not want this unit again.

I make a reservation a week before to pick up at westlake location, but when I called to confirm they told me that did not have one way, I have to make adjustments on my rental. Your reservation are very poor

We arrived at the U-Haul location almost to the closing time and the welcome mat was evident. We were in and out of the location in less than an hour. The guys were very helpful and polite. Thanks for a company run well.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a truck. The staff is just awful. Not helpful, very rude and seemed annoyed with every customer that walked in. I was told by an employee that I could park my car in a space on the lot since I was only going to be gone for a few hours. When I came back to return the truck I got yelled at by the manager and was threatened to get towed. I’m shocked at how rude and disrespectful they were. I think the issue stems from the top. The manager in site was the worst of them all from the moment I walked in the door to rent to the moment I went home. I will never rent from this place ever again.

I was supposed to pick up my truck in calabasas where I lived and also where I was moving to. But then I got a phone call telling me I had to drive 11 miles to go get the truck (22 miles back and forth - for which I was charged.) bc there was no truck available in Calabasas. Then I returned the truck after hour. After connecting to the your site and following the instruction on the outside board, I received 2 different texts at once, displaying 2 different 6 digits codes. I tried both, none of them worked. I wasn’t able to check out properly. I got charged $20 - for nothing. Just because your after hour check out wasn’t working. Then I returned an immaculate vehicle (I have inside out pictures taken on your parking lot when returning the truck) and I was charged $25 for cleaning fee. What’s next?

I overestimated the gas used and put more than half, actually 5/8. When I returned the truck I told the person who received the truck I have used more mileage than I originally estimated but put more gas. Can you offset some of the mileage for the gas? The guy simply said "uhaul doesnt refund". Really? is that uhaul policy? That's not fair for the costumers!!!

Today I returned to location to have a hitch put on my vehicle. The morning started when we called to confirm since I was never called confirming part was in. The moved appointment to 11 but was never informed. Showed up at 11 to be told guy was not there. Asked to leave car and guy said no we cannot do that.
