El carro tenía un olor a sucio , a drogas , no lo devolví porque lo necesitaba urgente . Pero tuve que comprar un eliminador de olores . La silla del conductor estaba dañada. Este carro ya ni deberían alquilarlo está en muy malas condiciones

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe customer service was excellent and I appreciate having a phone number to call with questions. Very nice, quick, and easy! I would definitely use this location again.
Kristine VAlthough Sam was great, I most likely wouldn’t use them again nor recommend them to anyone. For one using the app does not work as they stated. They handled everything so what’s the point of having the app? Additionally after putting the gas back into the U-Haul, they charged me an additional almost $12 after I added more gas than what I actually used. I put the gas in the truck at the same gas station I picked up the truck. I’ll be disputing that with my bank. There was no way for me to adjust the mirrors so it was hard to drive the truck and use the mirrors.
Tanisha SI took pictures of speedometer and fuel before hand and after I filled the tank back up to more that was in truck just lived less than 6 min away and made a delivery 4 blocks returned truck filled back over line and they added over $15 over charge on my card its not right I'm so so so dissatisfied I still thinking about disputing rhis with my bank......
