When I got to my location and unload and than the truck would not start. I had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance to show up! The guy was very nice and quickly diagnosed the issues which was loose battery cables. That seems like a simple issue to check before a rack rental. Ir was very frustrating having to waste 2 hours on this issue.

Vehicle had not been cleaned. There was a half-empty water bottle in the truck. My reservation included 12 moving blankets, which were not available. Reservation total dollar estimate included fee for blankets, or so I thought. Receipt emailed in the amount of $187.65.
Russell AI have rented Trucks and Trailers from UHaul in Houston and Oklahoma many times but from a larger Dealer. The people at this convenience store were friendly but there was no one to help me with the hookup and making sure the trailer was clean and secure to proceed with my move. Fortunately I am experienced with your equipment and I worked at a U haul dealer in Houston when I was younger.
