Scott, at Storage Solutions in Suncrest, knows how to treat customers right. He is friendly, open, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean. The check out and check in processes were smooth and easy.
JOHN YTHE TRUCK BRAKES NEEDED SERVICED...THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR ,, I WORKED FOR U HAUL IN PITTSBURGH WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL 40 YEARS AGO , THAT TRUCK WAS NOT RENTAL WORTHY. I ONLY HAD A VERY LIGHT LOAD,HOWEVER IF I WAS LOADED HEAVY IT COULD HAVE BEEN VERY DANGEROUS .
LEE PThe location didn't have the 24 blankets even though it said I ordered them which was then very disruptive for us. Then on top of that I got charged for them.
Jeffrey SI have already left my rating for the pick up location, but later realized that I forgot to mention, an item I noticed Under the Moving Truck. After the truck was loaded, I was checking out the tires, ( and they all looked great. ) During this inspection and getting ready to move my wheel chuck, I noticed a diagonal aluminum brace for the stabilization of the plastic bottom skirting was NOT attached to the underside of the truck box floor. [ Note: this could NOT BE SEEN WITHOUT BEING DOWN ON YOUR KNEES ] < I say this, so as Not to reflect on the pick up location, seems like only the maintenance person would have caught this > I thought “ wow, I’m thankful I noticed this! “ It was the one right behind the drivers rear tires. So I then checked the REST of the diagonal braces, the rest were there and secure. Although I noticed that some of them were bent a little. I then noticed that the upper bolt was sheered off, so I found a Bolt in my things and Reattached the top end of the brace to the underside of the floor. 😉 now we are ready to get on the road.
