I wasn't able to rent a trailer due to an advisory based on my vehicle type. I've rented numerous times from Uhaul before using this same vehicle and renting the same size trailer, 6x12, with no issues. Ultimately, had to rent a moving truck/van and while I wasn't wanting to do that, the service, cleanliness, and service were great. Will recommend again but would like to know how to avoid this issue again. Thanks,.
