Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI’ve rented a lot of uhauls over the past few years for my business and this was by far the worst experience. The truck interior was dirty, and the cupholders were so sticky I didn’t even want to put my cup in there. The key was so hard to turn I could barely get it started. I was overcharged by 200 miles and if I hadn’t check the receipt I’m sure it would have never been brought up, and while they claimed it was a typo and would call me back, I never received a call, but did get a new receipt. As a small business owner I love supporting other local small businesses, but I will not use this location again.
Ericia SThe inside of the trailer had clumps of dirt. I hadn't checked when I picked it up, only after I left and didn't want to go back. I just swept it out. Also, there was no assistance whatsoever to locate the trailer and hook it up. Kind of strange as all the other times a U-Haul rep has come out and assisted.
James KThe truck was in good condition overall and ran fine. The cupholder was broken, so beverages had accidentally been spilled on the floor mats by previous customers. Otherwise was a good experience.
