Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen we arrived Sunday afternoon to drop off the truck, it was off course closed. This was not the issue. I have T mobile. We were in a wifi dead zone and vacillating between 1 bar of service and SOS to try and use the app and take and upload as requested through the app. My battery almost died while trying to do this. I had to drive away, buy a charger, sit and charge, then walk back N and forth to try and get the photo, keep service. All in all what should have taken 15 mins took 1.5 hours. When I finally got all the photos and clicked upload, it spun for over 15 mins. I called, sat on hold for 9 mins and then told the person what had happened and that I was trying to m ensure the images had all uploaded. They had and the app was spinning in an infinite loop not telling me it had what it needed. Locations should have wifi if an app and uploads are required. Also, you should be able to choose images from your library so you can take them all and then upload.
Jackie EWe believe the lady who helped us made all the difference at Storage King on Old Road! I wouldn't change a thing! Best experience ever! We needed a Uhaul last minute and one was available within 2 min. We showed up, and she stopped what she was doing to help us immediately. She thoroughly explained all the details so we weren't blindsided by a huge bill. She checked us out and we ended up paying less than anticipating. What a great experience!
Leonard TIt would be great if the drop zone is a little bigger.
Kevin YMy one problem with this location is the lack of cell service. Very difficult to do online check-out / check-in.
