The Staff were in private FaceTime calls, speaking in another language. They spoke to one another in their language and left you standing unsure who was helping you and what was being done. If you asked a question they shouted a short response as though you were the person who did not understand their process. They served multiple customers that came in and out of the store after myself. They swapped out the person serving me three times as they were both fristrated with the WiFi. They actually made me pay in advance as I did not have a credit card, that was fine but they told me I could go and my account would be credited with the $45 that was to be returned to me. I explained it was a debit card and they could not refund me without my card. They talked again amongst themselves not in English and they worked again on the system. No explanation as to wha they were doing and they restarted the whole process again. I asked why and they said because now they must do the refund. It was very bad service. The lady serving said to the man, here you take over I am tired of this. Being me the client who was simply waiting to be credited to her account for money she did not owe them.

Ketheesan TI booked the rental in person at the pick up location the day before pick up. I arrived at 9am on the morning of pick up and the location was unable to sign into their profile to complete my rental. I waited (35) minutes before I was able to receive online approval in order to leave the location. Very poorly run and I would not recommend renting from this location as they are ill prepared to complete the simple task of running a business!
Michael WI ordered a cart. There wasn’t one on the truck however, the guys in the store let me borrow one. They were friendly and accommodating.
