I felt like I was in the most illegal spot I've been in since before going to prison!! I expected to hear a bird or dog fight going on. I'm sayin more ghetto cell spot than boost or metro, some hot plate Spanish cooking, and a parking lot smaller than needed for a 20' truck!

The truck transmission seemed to have stalled multiple times and was struggling to go forward after sitting in traffic. It perked a lot and the truck had to be fueled more frequently and I believe it was because of the engine issues.

BARBARA ODropped the truck at the spot early same day at 7:30pm instead of 730 am next day. App would let me connect to the location but did not prompt me to put in gas or mileages. Dropped keys into box and was charged over $50 from that location next day. Contacted support and was not helped. Really upset with this whole transaction. I would not use this company to move again.
