I had a very negative experience with this rental. I only rented a Uhaul for my move because one of the moving companies listed on your website, Lcj's Family Movers, said I needed to be the one to rent the truck. The truck itself did not include a ramp, blankets, tie-downs, or anything else to help with the move. I tried to switch out the truck for one with the proper equipment, but none was available. Once the recommended movers arrived, the two guys also did not have supplies to move a very large china cabinet that I told them in advance I needed moved. I had to send the movers away without completing the move because they were so unprepared and the truck did not include any supplies. I needed to return the truck without using it at all, and, as a result, I wasted $42 on this rental.

My MI out 42949.1 and MI in was 42968.2. But in my receipt my MI in is 42991. I have my MI in photo and there are many witnesses. I just moved between 5517 Limeric circle, Wilmington DE 19808 and 1141 S Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE 19702 My MI rate should be 19.1×0.82=15.662 But you charged me 37.38. I never was given, or singed, any paperwork, which seemed beyond protocal for me.. I was charged for insurance I did not approve, and mileage was not verified... It was a shady operation in my book, and I've never seen as anything like it... I was over charged, but it took me TIME And much trouble... To correct it. Is this how you want your operation to operate?

It would be nice if I was told where to drop off the truck and that if I didn't call central booking I would be charged extra for not dropping it off at the place the person apparently specified in my contract.

Very quick and polite service from the attendant at Exxon. I would use this location again. One thing to improve service would be to offer a dolly or hand trick to renters at this location.

The tracked had some soil and dried and sticky rice puffs. There were pieces of paper and an opened bottled water in the cabin from the last person. I'd appreciate if cleanliness improves. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

The online check-in process did not reduce my in-store pickup time. My credit card information needed to be entered 2 additional times at pickup; that is, manually typed in as there was no card swipe. So I would say your in-store software and hardware needs to be re-assessed.
