The uhaul was dirty and smelled terrible. I also don’t agree with the charges but it was late at night I had to just pay it and be done.

roxanne cInacceptable and frustrating experience! My pick-up location and time were changed which resulted in more miles to travel and increased labor costs. Upon arrival at Rt. 72 Exxon ( which is not an Exxon as advertised but a Shell station) I was told the 26 ft truck I reserved and had a confirmation for was not available. I had to settle for a 20 ft truck which proved to be too small for my needs. They could not even supply the dozen blankets I ordered. I had to make two trips which cost me more time and more money for moving labor. This business does not care about customer service.
Bud HStart with the gas tank full, not almost empty. Have pads for rent. Be more sharing with the contract. Have a second person working, not just one.
Alfred HWe walked in and was talking to the one that was in charge and he told us he did not have none available and was seeing three that we need on a lot, but we went online and booked and I had to go back at the same place to get it was three hours looking for a U-Haul that we need
