The only issue we had was the appliance dolly we ordered was not in the truck, only a regular utility dolly was there. We made it work with moving the fridge but I think the move would’ve been way easier with the appliance dolly. Also pretty sure we got charged for the appliance dolly when all we got was the utility dolly. It’s a $3 difference so not a whole lot but still mildly annoying.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe gas station attendant didn’t know how to check me out. He called UHaul but no one answered. I finally did a mobile check out. When I did so and received the key, the “Service Tire Pressure Monitoring System “ warning statement & light were on the entire trip and the rear passenger tire was very low on pressure (65 psi instead of 80). The gas tank also was only 1-2 full.
Stewart DWas just a gas station drop off using the app to drop it off was easy though.
David SNo issues.
Michael WNever saw anyone when vehicle was dropped off U-Haul could not find the vehicle even though it was dropped off at the location as per the contract Now I’m being overcharged for not returning it on time and mileage. SMH!
