Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery reliable, available even outside business hours, and solution-oriented. He was extremely helpful in resolving our issues. We are very grateful to have found the best branch office.
ingo kVery courteous, incredibly helpful, and particularly effective. His network of helpful friends and professionals, in particular, was exceptionally useful
ingo kGive actual cost of rental so not having to pay more after receipt is sent
Kara MThe pick up location was great, he was very helpful and accommodating. However, extremely disappointed in U-Haul reservation as needed to drive a 4 hour extra round trip to pick up van extending our 18 hour long drive to 22 hours. Will definitely warn others that reservations for a pick up location are pretty meaningless as can legally be extended to many, many extra hours with only the evening before to learn of location. I was aware but didn’t think U-Haul would make us go an extra 4 hours.
