Our initial reservation was for North Apollo, PA. We were notified the day before pick up that no rentals our size were available in North Apollo & we were being sent to Natrona Heights, PA. This was an inconvenience for us. We had planned our day around picking up the truck in North Apollo, loading & then driving. Upon arriving at Harrison Automotive, we had a hard time finding a place to park due to the number of cars located around the business. The Business rep did not seem to want to deal with us. He was busy working on autos in the shop & we were an inconvenience. While we waited 30 minutes, we did the online check in through the app to hopefully make the process easier on him. Once he came out to help us, he couldn't find our reservation. After calling his UHaul rep, the reservation was found. I would not recommend this pick up location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe dolly I requested and paid for was not in the truck. We had to move a commercial refrigerator and had to go buy a dolly. I also have requested a refund for the dolly rental.
