For two days, I attempted to call to rent a storage unit. I left messages and no one ever returned my call. The only reason I dropped off the moving vehicle, but the wait was ridiculous! There were only two people working and I stood in line waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Hire more help so that you can properly and timely service customers. It is a college town for goodness sake!

we were on a tight timeline had a reserve for 8. It was 806 am before the employees arrived, then they had to open the door log on the computer. So it was about 815 before we got started answering the questions. So it was about 830 getting out. I think it a company advertizes opening at 8 then the employees should be punctual.

This is the 2nd time we have used this location. It is the ONLY place where someone comes out to meet us in the parking lot before we even have a chance to park! VERY attentive and helpful. Best. Place. Ever. (and with 4 kids in college in multiple towns and states, we have used MANY Uhaul locations)

I reserved a smaller sized trailer, but was never informed that they didn't have that size. Only the next size larger....which worked fine, but I really only needed the smaller size. Should be a way to let me know that the equipment I reserved would be substituted. Still, overall, a great experience.

They need to tell you about the charge for using the dolly and blankets. They tell me that there will be a charge for using it. Then we didn't even use the blanket but because the security tag was broken, i had to pay for it and didn't even use the dolly. They suppose to tell you about the charge before you get it. And it wasn't fair that i had to pay for it

Lindsey was awesome. She called about an hour before pick up to make sue I still needed the truck. I told her yes and to please make sure it was in good condition since we were driving from Louisiana to Michigan. When we arrived she had truck ready and blankets and hand truck already loaded in the truck. Way to go Lindsey!!!!!

I have been in the military for seven years and moved roughly eight times. I have used Uhaul services for every single one and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. Everything about this experience was absolutely terrible. Customer service was abysmal, equipment wasn't in good condition or where it was supposed to be. It was so bad I am considering not moving with Uhaul again.

Tried to rent a tow dolly to move a truck and the woman behind the counter kept telling me the computer said the vehicle i was using to tow my truck wasnt big enough. so i went and borrowed a bigger truck and she rented me the trailer only to find out thetrailer was not big enough. But i still got charged any way. I will never go there again

Drop off location was hard to find but your customer service guy stayed on the phone with me and gave me step by step directions wihich was PERFECT SERVICE in my book!! I don't remember his name but because of his customer service, I will recommend u-haul to everyone I know!

Have the truck that I am scheduled to pick up maintained and ready for pick up. Check all fluids that run the engine. Clean out the cab of the truck. Clean out the van of the truck. The truck we rented was extremely low on oil (the oil light came on as soon as we cranked it) and my husband was the person who did the work to take care of this. When he pulled out the dip stick, nothing but crude came out of the oil reservoir. It required three and a half quarts of oil to get it up to an acceptable level. And when we got the truck home to load, he checked all fluids and the power steering reservoir was bone dry. So he had to make another trip back to town (20 mile round trip) to buy fluids to put into that reservoir. The cab was filled with dirt on the floors and seats and wreaked of cigarette smoke. No amount of FeBreeze nor leaving windows down overnight remedied that problem. The van was full of dirt and leaves which we had to clean out. Nothing about the filthiness was offered help on at the dealership. And having to wait for two trips back and forth to a store to buy oil for the truck before we left the dealership, worked against us time wise. When we got to our destination, the wood bar across the side of the van where we had hung some clothing had broken on the trip and had left our clothes all over that nasty smoke laden floor. Clearly the bar was dry rotted. Had I not purchased the insurance for the truck, I have no doubt the return facility would have tried to charge me for damage. This van needs to be retired.

Their hours were not particularly convenient. I called several times and never received an answer back. When I did finally get someone on the phone Leslie she was very accommodating. The second one who I didn't get a name from used some very bad and threatening language toward me. The profanity was not severe but it was enough to scare me into not wanting to meet her. Granted the circumstances under which I returned the vehicle were unorthodox. I had to keep it for a few extra days, which it was covered by credit card. The unprofessional tirade was completely unnecessary. The check in person a gentleman was very nice and apologized for her on the phone. I think she was the manager, not sure though.
