The trailer had a short in the wiring harness that blue multiple fuses on my truck. Trouble shooting revealed the source of the problem after multiple fuses bought as well as a plug adaptor that were not required in the end. I would appreciate a credit for the extra costs incurred. In addition, though I had a confirmed reservation for pick up in Sydenham, I was called the day before to say I had to drive an hour out of my way to get the trailer in Napanee. At the price of diesel these days that is not cool!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Hauln/a, it was all good and easy
Aaron BNothing really, everything went extremely smooth from pick up, the gentleman that set me up was amazing and helped me decide what equipment I needed which is extremely helpful because moving is stressful enough. To the drop off. I just wish I had of realized you had to be at the location to do a online drop off! we had driven away already before starting the online drop off because we were too busy trying to make sure the equipment was good and to be sure to get the key in the box I wasn't even looking at my phone but it's ok cause I seen where it would be done at a extra fee and I was ok with that since the man at the rental place was so nice and I was honestly too tired to go back so maybe just heads up people to do the drop off in the app/online before they leave the truck site is all 🤘but I would def recommend this location to anyone
