The app was not working well and the person upon return was not very helpful. Make sure the there is an option to pick up and return manually so customers are not frustrated with app.

I will never use u-haul again first time I used u-haul and the worst experience ever I would not remember u-haul to anyone.
Don't let two people double book the same truck at the same time. I had this issue and I almost didn't get my preferred truck.
I was charged a late fee. Truck was returned on time. Person in the store didn't know shit about the uhaul rental or anything that had to do with uhaul. I would not recommend to anybody.
Make sure that then a customer says they want to rent a truck for 2 days they get 2 days, not 13 hours....
The man helping us was uninformed of the processes of renting and he was very rude.
Billing was screwed up when we tried to pick up the truck. The insurance was added after I specifically said I did not want the insurance. I was charged incorrectly at first which resulted in a $2.75 refund but ran into problems because the card that was used to pay was with the person in Ohio. Get your stuff together.

I feel the odometer reading is waaayyyyyy off! From Anthony Lane to 48 hundred block of 16th Ave in Kenosha isn't 30 plus miles!!!!
The Salesperson was very slow. Even though i had done everything online, and was to be an easy checkout, it took 20 min to complete the initial transaction. Upon return of the truck, i challenged about the charge being so high. I had proof of what the mileage was before and after, and supposedly the truck had wrong mileage listed in the system close to 30 miles. Also, he couldnt explain why i was being charged the $5 safe trip fee, when i did not apply that. Another employee came in at the end and was able to correct the transaction and charge me correctly.. i almost ended up paying $25 more.
Order was for a 9:00am pick for both days and didn't actually receive vehicle until 10:00. My order confirmation states 9:00 am. I scheduled my day with multiple schools at that start time.
Checking the vehicle out was extremely hard, checking it back in was the same. Will stick with Penske in the future,
He tried to overcharge us on our gas. We had a full tank, and he said we only had a third of a tank. Walked out with him to confirm, and the fuel tank read full. Were not charged any additional amounts.
