don wJamie went above and beyond my expectations of any business. As a faith based business, Jamie even prayed for me as my vehicle became unsafe and unreliable on a trip from MI to FL. Jamie helped load my vehicle in a pouring rain storm. In this day and age. It' s refreshing to have an honest and helpful business owner.
Will SI rented your truck in TN and the truck was loaded and I drove it personally to MI. The truck was in very bad condition. The steering wheel was crooked and very dangerous to drive. The ABS brake light came on about 50 miles into the trip and the brakes on the truck were very bad. The other issue is the whole front end of the truck was shaking due to an alignment issue, (probably why the steering wheel was so crooked) and this made driving this truck very dangerous. The issue I had was I was loaded up and could not change out trucks at a U-Haul location as I did not have people there to assist to unload and reload. I dropped off the truck at the nearest U-Haul store Traverse City MI and rented a car to get home. I was charged a $1,542.00 drop off fee which is unacceptable and I would ask for a credit as your equipment you rented to me was not safe. I have pictures and video of the truck and its issues.
