Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhile I was initially able to make the reservation, I was trying to confirm the reservation a few days before coming to town get the moving van. When I was finally able to reach someone the personnel didn’t take kindly at all to my request for a confirmation number. I also would have liked to verify my name but he didn’t give me that opportunity. No one was present the morning of pick up from U-HAUL at the ONLY U-HAUL LOCATION in Morris. Otherwise I’d have to drive an hour to Alexandria, MN, which I didn’t want to do. There was NO ONE AT A U-HAUL LOCATION to walk me through the process. Fortunately, I had my brother who helped me verify my reservation.
Timothy HDidn't realize they were closed for lunch from noon to 1:00. Understandable in a small town when only one employee was available. If we would have been aware we would have changed our timing of arrival to be outside that hour.
Todd KTrailer we reserved wasn’t available. We had to pay more money for a trailer we didn’t want and was less convenient/
Melissa BThe team at Olson Motor Company are so accommodating. Easy to work with, professional, and just downright good people. If I could recommend anything, itd be to increase the variety of units across more locations.
