Very poor experience. U-Haul wanted to charge me over 13000.00$ for milage overages. Which would have been impossible to rack up in the time between pickup and drop off. Apparently there was a problem with the miles to kilometres conversion. We are here in Canada. Very disappointed with this service.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe auto hauler trailer had a flat tire when I arrived to pick up the trailer. U Haul person on site would not do anything to have the flat tire repaired, said that I had to call the 1 800 U Haul service number, which I did. Kal Tire from Steinbach, 70 kilometers away was called to make the repair while a local tire shop in Morris was only 2 blocks away. My scheduled pick up time was 9 AM, by the time the tire was replaced I was delayed 3 hrs.
Louis SI found the costumer agents on the phone very helpful. The equipment was good too. There was a seriuod issue that created hours of extra work for me because the size of uhual we were told would be available was not available the day we had booked it for. I do not believe it is right to tell costumers they have a size of uhual reserved and they plan accordingly, and then to give it to someone else. I would like to be able to use uhaul in the future, but I would like to know that will not happen again. I also respectfully ask that uhual would also look into the situation at our pickup in the uhaul location in Morse Manitoba. They person helping with pickup did not seem to have been trained. And our friend who had already driven about 5 hours to get the uhual, had to wait another 1 and a half or 2 before he could leave. We really appreciate if they issues could be fixed for future consumers. Thank you
