The website is not intuitive with regard to picking up the truck. The link doesn't tell you to "click here" to get further information. The Date Format input for your license doesn't tell you to use the forward slashes. Overall we were supposed to pick up the truck by 7, after all the confusion with the website, it took 30 mins. Also, you're supposed to be able to amend the contract online but was unable to locate where on the site or how. I had to call and after 15-20 minutes, we able to change "7 pm" to "10 pm". Overall it's awesome that Uhaul has this flexibility with the trucks to pick off and drop off whenever. Seems like you need to iron out the logistics though.

This was an alternate drop off location. The Lawrenceville location was supposed to be open at the time designated but was closed at the time designated for drop off.

Next time I'm using Penske and saving myself the headache. Reserving a truck was an absolute nightmare. My pickup location was changed twice: the first location was nearly an hour away, but after a furious afternoon of calls I finally found a friend who would help me pick it up. That's when the pickup location was changed again, to this one (20 minutes away) and I was overjoyed until I was double checking the reservation and saw that: 1) it was NO LONGER a ONE WAY rental 2) the PRICE was going to be TOTALLY DIFFERENT! No one had bothered to inform me of these changes, but the customer service representatives helpfully offered to cancel my reservation (it was Friday, and I was moving on Sunday). After nearly an hour on the phone, they begrudgingly lowered the rate so that I would not be paying 20% more than before. Finally, upon returning the truck and equipment that evening, I was charged for a second day of rental. In conclusion: - Rental location was changed TWICE, forcing me to find someone to drive me 2 hours (to return the truck to another state and then get home). - My rental was changed radically, both product and price, without my consent or knowledge. - Customer service claimed that this was my fault, then that it was just how the system worked, while offering to cancel. - UHaul tried to charge me for a second day of rental. - If I ever move again, I'll get a PENSKE or BUDGET truck.

The people working there was very un professional and rude. Specially the guy that was there when we drop off the truck. He was SO rude. He was screaming at me. Unbelievable!!! I will never go back there again. Terrible customer service. Why do you hire people from the ghetto with no education to treat with clients ?

The truck was clean, smooth ride, and liked the back up camera. The rental dolly was very reasonably priced. Staff pleasant to work with. I would use uhaul again if needed!

When I dropped off the truck no one was there. We called a number that was on the door and the person said to place the key in the drop box and lock the truck up. And that she would email me my receipt. Just my opinion but maybe you should have another person at the location if the other worker has to go.

very difficult to find store. you definitely need to have signage directing you where to turn to find the facility. gentleman who helped us was very professional and calm. Definitely a great asset.
