After using the vehicle for a couple of hours to move goods in cardboard boxes from my home to a storage unit 2 miles away, I was charged a $50 "cleaning" fee. Of course I have filed a dispute. The advertising on the side of the truck, which says "$19.95 a day" is intended to mislead and is very successful at its intended purpose. I was charged more than $100. Avoid.

Eduardo L.I drove 104 miles to pick up the rental and was about 15 or 20 minutes late. The person in charge was not in, she went to get coffee. when she completed the transaction she handed me the keys and said we have a lot of trucks so your just going to have to look for it by the number. The total gas of the truck marked was incorrect, when pointed out to her she marked on the same paper with a pen which looked like I could have done it myself. I hope I never have to rent from this location again. So much more to say but don't want to type it all out.
