Truck was absolutely filthy, full of garbage, and smelled like someone died in it. Not maintained at all.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy reservation I requested was at the standiford location. The day of my reservation, I was contacted saying the truck was not available at that location on standiford, and I was re routed to Nenas. Nenas was farther away which meant I had to spend more money on mileage than I wanted. Also, the pads I ordered were not in my truck. I contacted customer service and they let me know to pick up pads at another location on Kansas. So this meant A- my truck I ordered was not ready at the standiford OR Nenas location. B- my pads I ordered were not in the truck. C- We were forced to pick up the pads at a completely different location. The customer service rep did give me a 50 dollar credit for my troubles. However, regardless of the credit, I will still never use this service again or recommend it to any of my family or friends.
Cody WThe location was 11 miles away when there were many closer U-Haul locations near to where I live. I order a hand/cart/dolly and it was not provided although I was advised to go to another location and pick one up. I did not have sufficient time to do that due to my tight moving schedule.

WILLIAM JThis location had the BEST customer service. They were kind and super easy to work with. I locked my keys in the car, and they were literal angels to me in helping and working with my situation. Would and have recommended this location to many others already!
