Truck was dirty with drywall dirt, hazard lights don't work, power steering does not work when parking. Now i'm charged damage and cleaning fee, total rip off and waste of my time.

Royal Windsor is great for customer service despite it costing me to travel out to Mississauga! An additional 20 miles in fact. Upon dropping off my truck 3 days later...no body was there until Richard arrived and although he isn't customer service his overall demeanor was excellent and I told him so...! In my opinion certain staff deserve a raise as they know how to take care of customers. A smile and friendly contact goes a long way! Oakville could learn from their approach!!! Way to go Richard I got to work on time! Thank you!

Improve your online system. I changed the pick-up time on-line for the eQuipment that I had reserved and the system changed the reservation time from the 2 days that I required to 6 hours. Did not find this out until p/u time! Brutal!

After checking in online, the vehicle key retrieval still requires interaction with a desk attendant. If there is only one attendant and a line up of people waiting for him, getting the key becomes a time wastage problem. The checking in on line is meant to eliminate this very thing. Please come up with an alternate solution for getting the key.

They need to be more professional in the way they deal with customers I had a reservation for Saturday apparently that was the only time they had a 26 inch trucks only to come and find out that they didn't had thetruck because the person that rented it didn't wanted to return it , then as if wasn't enough they told me to come back the next day at 9 am just to get the same.story at the end they gave me a smaller truck and I spent all Sunday moving

We had called and reserved a truck, we had the email confirmation showing a truck, and when we went to pick up they told us that they didn't have any trucks and it was only a van. We showed the email confirming the truck reservation and they said that must have been a mistake because they didn't have any trucks available when we made the reservation. There were trucks at the lot that they would not rent to us because other people had reserved them, even though we had also obviously reserved a truck. This all caused us to have a very difficult and unpleasant move having to make multiple trips using a van instead of a truck. Some of the furniture also did not fit in the van at all so we had to abandon a number of pieces which I will now have to replace. Second time using Uhaul, had to speak to head office about different issues last time. Both terrible experiences all around. Would not recommend or us Uhaul again.

Clarify with scheduling department if truck is available ASAP. Rather than be disappointed in receiving a call that your request is not available and are limited to a lower class grade option for moving day. The Royal Windsor saved the day suggesting two class vehicles. Confirmed and same pickup/drop off locations. Having a 9' cargo van for almost 4 days and a 10' moving truck for 1 day was utilized effectively. Thank you.

I have been using the Royal Windsor in Mississauga almost every year since that location opened. And since there are new owners it's the worse. All the customers in the shop were upset when I return the truck. And they threatened to charge me for the customers who needed the truck. I haven't looked at my bill yet and it's over a month. I'm still upset by the experience.

OVERBILLING!!!! Switched trailers on the lot because the contracted one was inaccessible. New invoice added insurance charges, specifically declined during original contracting processing. When the extra charges were noticed, I sent my daughter (for whom the trailer was rented) and she was charged AGAIN and told that a credit had been issued for the previous charges, but the refund did not show up on my credit card, only the new added and completely bogus charges. I've now paid $114 for a $33 contract, and have to wonder if this is dishonesty rather than incompetence.

I used U-Haul at Royal Windsor. I was assisted by a young man called Richard. He is a credit to himself and U-haul and I only wish I could find employee's like him. He is exactly the type of employee I would love to have working in my company. Because of him I would give the Royal Windsor depot 10/10 for customer service.

We book a truck on a Saturday, where told Friday we would have to re-schedule. when we showed up the truck we where told would be there was not there and no similar trucks where available so we where forced to take a smaller truck and make multiple trips. the customer service was not overly helpful just gave excuses blaming everything on someone else and saying there was nothing they could do and it was not their fault over and over. will never use a U-haul service again!

The automated process completed properly with the phone app, however the key was not available at the location to gain access to the van, nor was the local contact available to take any corrective action to get me the key. I was on hold with the central uHaul phone line for 1+ hours, with no resolution, They admitted that they could not even contact the local manager on duty to provide a key. I was also in touch with Sharine(sp?) in the Brampton office, with no luck of resolution. I had to abandon that reservation and drive 25 minutes to the closest office that was open at the time, all in all wasting 1.5 hours of my day. I had friends that were waiting to help me load the van that wasted their time as well. I am very disappointed with the service and response from numerous voicemails that I left to the local manager (David Butler) which were never returned or acknowledged. I would like to know where the breakdown was in terms of the automated service as my valuable time was wasted that day. As well, there was another person at the same lot that had the same problem - he could get into the van, however could not locate the key. Please respond to my issue with some explanation of what happened. I would preferable like to hear from David Butler, as he never responded to any of my calls (at least 4 voicemails).
