Maybe it is not of your concern but, to install the arnÃ©s (which I brought with me) on my truck I was charged $80, which I think was a little bit excessive. Apart from that, there are no complaints, personnel was very kind and friendly, all the time in service attitude.Luis D.

Slow.Agent did not seem to care. Was not communicative.I could not tell if he was ignoring me or continue with what he was doing when I arrived. I was in a hurry as I was going to miss a flight and expressEd my concern. He did not respond to my questions. It was only after I was assertive and asked repeatedly. No thank you or reassurances he understand my concerns. Plus I was ask to return the rental to another town while I passed up a few other Uhaul location. Not happy.
