It was simple to drop off the trailer on a Sunday when the store was closed. Note: The 5x8 trailer was dropped off in perfect condition, the same as when picked up the day before. Thank you.

KAREN K.U-Haul representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She hooked up the unit to the truck for me, validated that the trailer lights worked, and was very helpful. Trailer worked as expected. The only issue was that the door was difficult to operate when mostly to all-the-way open...as if it had been damaged or needed lubrication. I reported this when I returned the unit.
