Point of sale system was down at the front desk, not their fault obviously, but the men working the counter were short and rude to me and another customer while we tried to sort things out over the phone with U-Haul. Vehicle interior was sticky and smelly. Operated just fine. Easy drop off after business hours.

Teresa OCreated a reservation to pick up a truck, and then they relocated the truck 10 miles from where I requested. That’s okay, I understand, but then the truck pick up reservation got relocated to 20 miles away — what’s the point of even reserving then? And you charge by the mile? How is that my fault and something I have to pay extra for because you can’t honor a reservation? Once we called to fix this, I was set to a location to pick up , they told me the place didn’t close until 5 so I was going to pick it up before 5 to get the keys. Well, the place actually closed at 12 on Fridays, and there was no one there to give me my keys and no keys in the lock box either. Completely unbelievable.
Madison PAs far as I'm concerned, everything was perfect. I may have put too much gas in before I returned it, but overall, it served its purpose. I will be using U-Haul again if needed. Thank You
Ann BDropped after hours with self check in, but personal was helpful when I called with a question about after hours return.
