The gas was below 1/4 tank when I got it and although I was credited a gas credit just would have been nice to have it not almost empty tank. The customer service was excellent, nice and friendly and quick service. Thank you !!

When I returned the truck, one UHaul person was outside, but went inside without saying anything to me, and no one came out for 15 minutes. The personnel at this site are not at all professional.

I was charged $6 for gas. I will state that the tank read slightly above half when I dropped off the truck. Perhaps there needs to be a lesson how liquids expand and contract and there needs to be a little leeway. I just drove 600+ miles... the tank was cool the next day, but what do you and your company care about my experience.

Relevant information was not made clear on the U-haul website or at store. For example, we intended to rent a cargo van one-way but the website gave no indication that cargo vans could not be dropped off at separate locations. (in fact it let us choose a separate drop-off location). So we switched to a one-way truck with the understanding that the only cost difference was the mileage charges. Upon seeing the final estimated cost being much higher we were told there was an extra charge for one-way rentals. So we decided to switch back to the van and make the extra trip back to this location. In the end there was a lot of wasted time for us and the employees. Our cashier was new and her assistant was very helpful... even while she simultaneously dealt with an unreasonably very rude customer. The 2 employees did great jobs. But U-haul should make the various costs and policies regarding vehicle types more clear to avoid wasted time and added confusion.

I went there and my contract said I had a full tank of gas but I didn't I had 1/8 I was moving from one state to another and had to put the gas in the tank before getting started the truck pull the entire way take off was very hard and sluggish I felt like it wasnt great with gas I feel the tank up halfway to go from Wisconsin to Illinois and I still couldn't make it to my destination before needing more gas I can go to Wisconsin and to Illinois and back to Wisconsin on a half tank of gas but this truck barely made it to Illinois I was told I should receive a credit for my troubleson but when I return the truck with the more gas in it than when I received it I was told then I will only get a credit if I wish to fill it up to a 1/4 tank.....The person who check me told me if I didn't fill it up to 1/4 then I will be charge a $35 fee plus the cost of gas because of the shortage I explain to him my contrace said to fill it back where I got it not more than I needed to get a credit issued after I had my contract emailed to me showing that I did what asked plus a little more why do I need to fill it up more then I received it the manager then informed me that only way for them to give me a credit if I was to return it with 1/4 tank I so will not be using them again

several of the Uboxes were damaged prior receipt and in one case so badly damage it had to be returned unused. When we needed a replacement for this box there was no one available to mount one on a trailer

The app didn't allow me to fully reserve a truck. Even though I finished the checkout process on the app and was suppose to"skip the line" at the store, it didn't give me a truck number and i had to wait 20 minutes in line anyway. Poor app design and execution.
