The truck was low on gas when we picked up but per the contract, if we filled it to 1/4 of a tank, I would get a refund of 34$ back. I had to call several times. They acted like they couldn't understand why I expected it when it was over 1/4 tank upon return. Finally said he would credit me but retracted it from the bank. Completely ridiculous to say the least. I'm very angry.NATALIE T.

I originally was suppose to have a trailer hitch installed. An hour after I was suppose have the hitch installed, I find out the hitch is on back order. You had over a week to contact me but no. No contact. So the day before my move they left my without another choice other than renting a truck and car dolly. When I called to extend the truck rental NOT THE DOLLY. The service rep extended both. When I asked to get a refund for the extended time on the dolly the refund request was denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. Needless to say I'm in contact with the BBB and making sure to tell everyone I meet about the service I revivedCurtis M.

It seemed only the manager could handle the renting and delivery of trucks or trailers. people were lined up inside and the manager was outside doing a delivery. needs to delegate some of the work so customers are not waiting to be served. needs more counter help,RONALD D.
1. On a Saturday morning, you need more than 1 person working at the counter. I waited over 30 minutes for help and there were only two customers in front of me. 2. They should scan in the trailers when returned. I had no record that I returned it. And it wasn't scanned until the next day, I was not over charged, but I was concerned that I would be. 3. The workers were all nice, but needs more efficiency.SCOTT H.

While using the U-Haul app saves time, it bothers those who don't use it (when you by pass them waiting in line) and the app is buggy, so the saved time can disappear. U-Haul needs to work on its IT. Lucky for me, Baki cut through the glitch and got me on my way. New truck. Powerful. Easy to drive. Perfect for the job.Peter L.

We initially scheduled our pickup for the 5701 Good Hope Road location, went to pick it up, and was told only then that our reservation had been transferred to the Capital Drive location. It was extremely frustrating because we had to then take extra time to drive to a different location, and never received a notification or phone call to let us know of the change. The personnel at the Good Hope location didn't apologize, just said that we had to go to the other location. In the future, please clearly let your patrons know when you make this type of change to a reservation.TIMOTHY T.

I never got a receipt, even though the guy checking vehicles back in that I handed the keys to said I would. Kind of a pain to have to follow up on that when I've already paid and returned the equipment. Additionally, the woman who had the van before me filled the tank all the way up, but the fuel indicator sheet I was given showed that the tank had been returned almost empty - in other words, it seems as though the woman before me may have been charged for a fuel refill in error.CHARLES G.
