When I went inside to pick up the keys, the lady told me I had to wait for her to serve/check out all of the other store customers first. When I asked why she said that she had to log into the U-Haul laptop after she helped the store customers and I had to wait. When I picked up the truck there was still trash inside of it. Also there none of the extra equipment that I rented with the truck. I had to go to another location to pick up the Dollie's and other equipment.

Everything was fine. The attendant was courteous. It was a little problem getting the key out no big deal. It happens sometimes overall good experience.
Steven USlow service. No hard copy of rental agreement. Truck was clean on the inside. But the windshield was bug covered.
PAUL GThe truck was clean, but it was not well maintained. The brake lights did not work. The turn signals did not work, the check engine light was on the whole trip from Oklahoma to Arkansas. Every time you made a left-hand turn, it shook the entire truck.
Becky EJust a new location and maybe they are not used to having uhaul there. The owner was on vacation so the girl working was very sweet but did not know how to do the release. The truck was dirty in the cab with garbage on the floor and sticky drink spilled all over the dash area. The truck itself was good. But all the folks i spoke to at Uhaul were awesome. The drop off was fast and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful!!
