Trailer was parked a bad place. Had to back in at angle and drive over a curb. Had no help with hooking up the trailer. The person running the place was very rude. Told us to be quiet and listen to him like we were 2 year old. Will never want to go back there again. Made us very upset

It was great.
Victor VOverall not a bad location. I tried to call the day prior to ensure the truck was still available but the only guy who handles the U-Haul portion of the gas station was not present. No one could verify the reservation at the location.
JEFFREY SThere was an ant infestation and transferred into my boxes and belongings. Nightmare. The truck was easy to drive, the mechanics were good, the pick up location was not great because it was parked next to a tree and required driving off a curb. The drop off location was great.
Kathryn HI had a charge of 3 gallons of fuel on my check-in after I left the facility. The truck was returned with more fuel than when I picked it up in South Carolina. We all know a truck with a 60 gallon tank 3 gallons of fuel will not move the needle on the fuel gauge. This small amount was just added to increase the profit at the return center. I don't have a negative view of u-haul but that of the representative at the Country Store location.
