I returned the 10' truck I rented after closing hours on Thursday 6/14/18 as agreed upon rental. Since it was after hours I had to drop the keys in the door slot. I received the receipt via email for this rental Friday morning and it included an $8.50 fuel charge although I returned the truck with almost 1/8 MORE gas than when I received it. I have been trying to call customer service for days and I either keep getting transfered with no solution or sit on hold till I eventually have something else to do and am forced to hang up and try again later. I am currently waiting for a response to the customer service number, 17 minutes and 14 seconds waiting so far. For an $8.50 refund that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. :( This is ridiculous..

24 hour mobile pick up worked great! Only issue was that we requested (and therefore paid) for furniture blankets which were not physically with the rental when we picked up during after hours.

I was told I had 24 hours to return the equipment for the 19.95 fee for the truck and 7 for the dolly. When I returned the equipment on line it is charging me for a double pay period. This is not what I was told I would be charged and I do not agree with these charges.

I was waiting for an hour for the agent to come to the office from the back,then he said he have to wait for Maria to close my contract and they will call me ,he close it after I left and over charged me,I call a few times,and every time they said that they are busy and they will call me back,I’m very disappointed and no one call me yet.

You should have someone at the location. She had a sign saying she was going to return at 12:05 and she got back at 12:47. Then she was rude and said that it’s my fault for coming earlier.

My pickup location was changed by someone on your end without notifying me. It ended up coasting me about $10 more in mileage which I know is not a big deal but there was no reason for it to happen without my request

This was not good. At. All. I move a lot, and ALWAYS with U-Haul, but this time it was horrible. The lady at the counter said I couldn't return the truck to a different location, since she was the actual owner of it, and if I wanted to return it somewhere else, she would charge me TRIPLE. I couldn't find anything else, so I end up going from my start point (Aventura) to Kendall, AND BACK!!! I end up paying more than $50,00 just for the more than 75 miles. It felt like a rip off.

Location was very convenient for us and the process of renting, getting the vehicle and returning it was fast and efficient. Had to return the vehicle after hours and couldn’t get the app to find my booking so that I could advise when I returned it, but otherwise a good experience

You are charging extra miles because the location that I was supposed to drop off the vehicle was closed. A very dangerous area where I had ti wait alone for 45 minutes until someone gave me another location 13 miles away. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE BAD SERVICE AND TOTAL INDIFFERENCE TO THE ORDEAL I HAD TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF CONSIDERATION/PROFFESIONALISM TO LET ME KNOW THE LOCATION CLOSES AT 5:00 PM
