This was the worst U-Haul experience I could have imagined. You canceled my truck at the location that was .5 miles from where I was. The same location I rented a storage unit at. Because you cancelled and I had to take a Lyft 30 minutes away to this remote location to pick up a truck I did not make it back to the storage unit in time before it closed which left me stranded in miami with no place to safely park a U-Haul. I had to pay for parking this truck over night and then the next morning unload the items in the storage unit and then drive another 30 minutes to the location to drop this truck off and take another Lyft back. Your cancelling my scheduled U-Haul caused what should have been a 2 hour move into a two day ordeal. Never again with uhaul.
Daniel ZManager added $60 insurance fee and added more rental fees a 6 hour rental ended up being $250. I sent email and called but no reply to office. Very bad.
IYAD HThere were no workers present when I arrived. I understand that I was 30 minutes late, but it was during working hours. I also did not get the appliance dolly that I reserved and was charged for.
