The information provided by the website was incorrect, when we arrived to the store, they informed us that the car was having some battery issues and they didn't have the equipment that we requested in the checkout. The pick up process was too long and confused, took around 20 min. My whole day was wasted

Hi I got sick the day after I got the truck and was bedridden for a week. The uhaul got towed and they wouldn’t allow me to take it out. I called you guys on that Saturday and the agent told me they would contact me Monday AM which they didn’t so I called back and the women who “helped” me was very evasive and it was just really weird. I told her I had the keys and would take them to the tow lot: I asked how long before the way picked it up. She said within 48 hours. I went over to give them to the tow service and the uhaul had already been picked up. Like within a few hours. I asked what I should do about my belongings inside of it and she explained that recuvery would be in touch with me after they picked it up again within 48 hours. I’m not sure what’s going on.
