The employee that checked me in and then disconnected the trailer I rented..had the personality of a goldfish. Very poor communication skills with customers. Also I got a call from them at that location in Mesa stating that I had not returned the trailer yet when I actually had returned the trailer the very next day. He never bothered to check me in. Again absolutely no personality from this particular employee. Piss poor customer service. Please fix it They need to check their inventory so I don't get dinged for that particular trailer. I'm not a happy customer mainly because of that location employeeBRIAN H.

The gentleman that was there when I arrived to pick up the u-haul, was very nice and courteous. I asked him â€œwill you be here when I return the u-haulâ€ said no. To my surprise he was there when I dropped the truck off. Poor guy said he was suppose to be off 2 hours ago. Well, I am happy he was there to check the truck back in. Really chill guy. - Had to drive over 40 miles because my initial location (Elliot Rd. Tempe) did not have a van apparently at the last minute -Tire inflations were incorrect. had to drive to a Costco tire center to get the right tire pressure for our trip. -Had to clean the windows, side mirrors etc, to get the dirt off.George G.
