Too expensive. $75 for a trip from Mesa to Glendale and back. But then again, if that's worth not having to buy a truck.

I do not like being told by the employee that my destination is an awful city and he hated living there and couldn't wait to leave. Not a good way to impress customers who are using your equipment to move their families to these destination.

Again when returning vehicle, which is where I was to return to, was told could not leave it there, had to take elsewhere. After 2300 mile drive and needing to get done I informed them I would not drive the truck anywhere else. Not a good idea to surprise people when they arrive that can not leave at designated return location. I told them that is U-Hauls problem and I left vehicle.

Had to re-do paperwork after doing it on-line already. Under staffed. Waited 20 to get help. Tire looked worn, told it was fine. Blow out 2 hours into trip.

Last time I ever rent at Uhaul. Your truck will breakdown. Logo should read "A Disaster in moving" . Should be changed to "Uonyourown" or "U won't get help from us." absolutely rotten customer service. I would rather take my chances with a Craigslist mover, it would cost less in the long run. Their "Moving Help" didn't show up twice. You could do better hiring help on Craigslist.

The pickup transaction was fine, however I had specifically asked if they could change the drop off location and the person said no problem and it would be kept open. Lo and behold when we went to drop the truck off at the nearest Uhaul location, this office told the desk rep that it had to be returned to the designated drop off or I would be charged twice. I never received an email or text confirming the drop off location, so I had to go completely out of my way. Very displeased.

We used the online pick up option, which was a mistake. Using that option, your receipt is emailed to you later, and our receipt was wrong. We were charged for 100 miles more than what we really did, which was $100 extra. I have had a horrible time contacting the location, and when I finally spoke to someone, they agreed that there was a mischarge, said they would have the manager call me back, and never did. So for now I am still out $100.
