I am not upset with store directly but I am upset with the return and billing. I need to understand the charges that are pending on my account. I return the dollie on the 23 along with the truck in Harvey Louisiana.  I am not sure why you are showing delivery the 24th.  Please look at the contract for the truck that pulled the dollie, U-Haul Contract 23159559 was delivered on the 23rd. Not on the 24th.

The reason I was at this location is because you changed location on my pickup and it was 30 miles further north or a hour out of the way without notifying me. You call your location and confirm your pickup to be sure it is there. Mine was not after driving 5 hours.

Not sure what was going on at the Meridian U-Haul store on N. Frontage Road Sunday June 9. There was only 1 employee there, Cedric. Cedric was SWAMPED!!!! All I wanted to do was return a trailer and it took 1 hour & 35 minutes to do so. I was #3 in line. I feel sure that weekends are pretty busy at U-Haul locations since people that work tend to do their moving on the weekends but this location was NOT PREPARED at all. Also, there was NO RECORD of the trailer I am returning in the system. There was no record of it ever having been in Birmingham the day before for me to pick up either. After leaving the U-Haul store and getting home, I received another call from U-Haul regional trying to get the ID # off the trailer (they were able to call the local store to get that information as the trailer was no longer in my possession). LIke I said, a "less than best" situation all the way around. Usually, I do not have this much trouble with U-Haul but this weekend was a whole new experience and not a good one. I keep hoping that my days of moving my children are over but in case they are not, I hope enough time goes by that I am willing to give U-Haul another chance.

Receiving agent at drop off location would not refund my deposit because I paid with a credit card and deposits are not normally required when paying with credit card. He stated that he could refund the amount that I paid for extra days but did not use.

I am very disappointed with my service at this location. My 15 foot truck was cancelled two days before my reservation via a voicemail. I had to call a district manager to be accommodated instead of this location offering me alternatives. After I secured a 20 foot truck, better than nothing but bigger than I needed, I was given a return location 250 miles away from my drop off address. I didn’t even have enough miles on my contract to drive the 3 and a half hours to the return spot. I had to call the 1800 again and then speak to management who had to give me the number to traffic so I can get a drop off spot in my city. This was a horrifying experience and I feel like something should be done. Please call me at+16015136658.

Make sure there is a designated drop off location at your destination. Computer would take the drop off location that I wanted. Service said just drop it off. Destination location wouldnt take equipment, and recommended another location. That location charged me for dropping equipment off at wrong location when there was no designated drop off location on contract
