Particular longer than I expected to rent the van because the computer wasn't picking up the pricing that was downloaded on the website. It took about an hour before the computer to put in the discounted rate that that I was to receive. That cost me to be behind schedule about 2 hours. That was the one and only issue that I had was the discounted rate would not apply to the contract and it took too long. Which love does working to load the van throughout the middle of the night. Update the computer systems to include the discounted rates that the customers are supposed to receive.
