SCOTT S.Online app kept closing at check in and out. Location was old and run down but truck was good.
Willard G.Location was not clean, well lighted or paved. Equipment was over 110000. I have rented 4 times from haul in the last 3 years each time the trucks had over 100,000 mile and I felt they mechanically were not in the best shape. A cleaner safer environment to rent with cleaner and better equipment would improve the customer experience.
