I had to connect the truck and car hauler myself without any help from the location. Also, I ordered an appliance dolly but they didn't have one. I had this reservation for about two weeks. Also, the ratchets on the ratchet straps on the car hauler were rusted up and almost impossible to use.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUhaul always has extra fees when you drop off. They send late notices out without sending the first. I would not recommend to anyone. I will never do third party Uhaul again, the service was horrible. I had to get a customer to help and I’m a female.
Carol MDon't change anything. Uhaul provides a worry free rental process .
Lawrence PGreat experience. The rental agent was knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through the process and had me on my way quickly.
Dwayne HGreat store hours, I was able to pick the truck up at an earlier time. Food was available for purchase when the truck was returned
