Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAll was handled so well - I had called a few days before as I was picking up early on a Sunday morning and the manager of the location was great. He explained the pickup/dropoff process and was patient. I used the Uhaul app and it worked perfectly.
John DThey were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I needed the truck earlier than when they opened and he came in early for me. Excellent customer service.
Steve WNot so much as any improvements, Joe, the gentleman that assisted me, attaching a tow dolly to my truck, he was outstanding. Friendly and thoughtful
Michael GThe worst service I ever experienced. They changed the location for pick up about 20 miles far. When we went to pick up the truck their system was down, and we were told they don't have truck for out of the state, and that the lady that change the location made a mistake. We called again, our reservation was canceled and they did a new one in a 3rd location. When we dropped the truck at the location their system was down again. We receive a payment receipt that does not show anything. I would never use U haul service. Never! It was my 1st and last time!!!! I am so sorry, but I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone!
