Quit advertising 19.95 price for truck rental without including all the added on BS charges. 19.95 turned into 47.95 when all extra fees were included. Didn't mind the dollar per mile fee, as I only went 4 miles, but the other charges were a bit crazy. Just advertise your 19.95 fee and add PLUS EXTRA CHARGES THAT DOUBLE THE PRICE OF THE RENTAL. And the fact there was no ramp was a bit irritating as well. Should've been told about that, as every other Uhaul I have ever rented had one.

When I got out of the truck, I was greeted with a big smile and a hand shack. I was then informed where to put the trailer, still with a smile. After the person unhooked the trailer again another hand shack with a thank you.
