Your mobile check in system is terrible... even though I've rented from you multiple times over many years, still having to verify my drivers' license and call someone to verify that I am who I say I am and wait for nearly a half hour to get get your chat person to even acknowledge me. You made me an hour late... please provide a discount credit.
STEPHEN G.We made an appointment online for a furniture dolly, they said no longer have it when we get there. We gotta run to different uhaul and waste of our time! I don't see any point if we made an appointment online. The system got a lot of problems, no matter which uhaul we go, still running slow and not organized.
