Your prices have gone up year after year. I used to go to uhaul whenever I needed a truck, but now I will shop around. Charging per mile on top off a huge fee for a 2 day rental is ridiculous. Mileage should be included in your prices. I had to take all pictures and do the job an employee should have done.

SCOTT PTrucks were parked too close together. I realize it is the previous customer that likely parked them, but it doesn't change the fact that they were parked too close together. I had to push in the mirrors on all of the trucks just to back out.

robin EI have had hard time with reserving the vehicle and equipment. Once I went to get my equipment and truck the equipment wasn't included. Customer service was no help. Wasted my 10 hours because I couldn't load the truck without equipment. The truck itself needed serious mechanical repairs. The brakes are almost gone we had to push really hard on the paddle for brakes to function. Informed store employee of the situation as it is very dangerous. Please look into it!

You made me an hour late... please provide a discount credit.
STEPHEN GWe made an appointment online for a furniture dolly, they said no longer have it when we get there. We gotta run to different uhaul and waste of our time! I don't see any point if we made an appointment online. The system got a lot of problems, no matter which uhaul we go, still running slow and not organized.

Bradley OTruck cab was dirty and smelled bad. Had to leave the windows open over night and the spray air freshener in the cab. Also ordered and was charged for 2 mattress covers but did not receive them. Lastly the truck pickup time and location changed!

Carolyn WWhen I returned the van, they didnt give me receipt and said having issues and will take time and will email me in 30 min. I left and waited for 8 hours and when I didnt get it I called uhal. They said it wasn't processed as return and wait. Now I finally got it and someone drove more miles and returned with low gas so I got charged for gas, miles, etc. Very disappointed in this fraudulent activity.
Hamid KThe key where not in the lock box . So I could not use the app to check the truck out . The store states it opens up at 10am I had to wait till the guy arrived at 10:30. The contract stated the truck has 1/4 of tank of gas but it was almost empty . When I finally received the keys to the truck I checked the cargo and discovered a dolly , blankets and other moving equipment. The truck had been smoked in . I found cigarettes in the astray

They took them off the contract, but the problem is I really needed them and I ended up with damage to furniture during transit. In the future I will only pickup rental trucks from true U-Haul locations that have the appropriate resources to support me and my moving.

Stephen SThe first place we went to in Blueridge had truck's but the people didn't know how to rent trucks. Than they sent us to Farmersville and they weren't open any more so I found a place in McKinney she said she had a 10 footer like I was looking for but I had to pick it up a Compose witch was fine but when I got there all the had was a 15 footer. So I needed a truck so I had to pay more for a bigger truck that I didn't need I wished you would make it easier for people to get a truck on Sunday because not everyone can move stuff on the week days.
