I was given the keys and number of a truck that was not the one on my contract. There was damage to the dolly that was not documented. If I had not paid for the damage waiver I would have had to fight about that as well. These people were more concerned about checking in every vendor that came through the door while I was there, making me wait for them every time. Then they misinformed me about the dolly rental that cost me 2 more hours of my time. In 40 years of renting from UHaul, this was the second worst experience I have ever had.

The owner of this store was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be in his current position. He did not explain why he needed my credit card when I had already paid online and told me to let him do his job when I asked for it back as he walked outside, leaving my credit card and ID just sitting on the counter unattended. There were a number of other issues with how this gentleman treated me and because if him, I will never be using Uhaul again.

I am being charged a $25 cleaning fee but the truck was already dirty when I picked it up. As noted in the pictures for the self check in and as told to the representative Barbara. The same way it was picked up was the same way it was dropped off. why should we be responsible for fees that we didn't accumulate?

The man that helped us at the Chevron was extremely obnoxious, and rude. Very dismissive. It is a UHaul inside a gas station so obviously it is busy. He was the only one working inside the store which is why our rental process took forever. They were severely understaffed. The store was dirty and smelled. I will never use UHAUL again. Ever !

I had a 9:00am pick up. The uhaul staff was not available in person so the store clerk had to call him and attend to me. I would have preferred the uhaul staff in person so I could ask questions. This delayed my move by 45 minutes.

When I arrived the man seemed to be very busy and I understand that. My problem is due to him being so busy he was making mistakes with all of his customers including me. When I arrived he told me I didn't have a reservation until I showed him my reservation. Once he saw my reservation he then called someone for help to make sure I got my truck. He asked for my ID then just handed me the keys. When I first set up the reservation it was for 4:30PM and it was without their additional insurance since I already have insurance. When I returned the vehicle they tried to say I didn't put enough gas back into the truck and thankfully I took pictures to prove that I did. Then they tried to charge me for mileage that I didn't use. That was later resolved but then I discovered they have also tried to charge me for their $14 insurance as well even though I opted out of it. When speaking with them I explained that I did not purchase optional insurance as I have my own. When I logged back into to show the representative that I did not opt for it I then see that my reservation time was changed to 4:36PM and that the insurance was added. Thankfully I took pictures of my original reservation and provided it as proof and am waiting for them to fix this mess. Basically if you go here be prepared to be charged more than you should and to have to go back and forth to be charged the right pricing. Thanks for reading.

The u-haul rental service could be more distinct from the fuel/convenience store services. The mixed-use results in longer-than-normal waiting times (slower service). The online pickup service didn't work but the keys/contract had to be picked up inside anyway.

Paid to rent uhaul, paid for mileage and had to fill back up. $94 total for 5 hours .. Ridiculous!! Did not know all these details , website showed $35 total . Will stick to budget!!

The numbers on the front of the vehicle in order to confirm vehicle are to small, maybe adding some type of neon colors or an object that would be easier to locate especially for someone who has difficulty with their eyesight..

I rented one way and it was $75 plus $18 for insurance plus tax which came to $98 total. When we turned the trailer in, the lady told us that we could have rented local and the rent would have only been $42 plus insurance if we wanted it. That makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever, but I will definitely rent local next couple time when we are just going and coming right back.

Even though I made reservations ahead of time the truck was not available at 1:30 like it was supposed to be. They did give me an upgrade of a truck for my inconvenience. I use U-Haul a lot however this was the first time I didn't do a check to see where the gas was in the truck. And it ended up I had to put more gas in the truck after only using 30 miles driving and return. I had to put $30 worth of gas for that short distance. This was not my typical experience with you all thank you.
