The area where you return your keys and where you pick them up at there are no lights that are working. Other than that, everything was great. I’ve been here several times before everybody’s always nice. Everything’s good.

ACQUANETTA HThe truck was clean, but still had someone's cigarette pack and lighter in the dash cup. Floor had some dried mud. The staff at this location is top notch. 7 stars out of 5. Matthew worked hard to make sure I got what I was trying to get. Your mobile check in is a pain and needs to be improved. Start with telling people to not have sunglasses on when taking selfie. This would save about 5 minutes all by itself. More clearly define the purpose of each picture.

Dwight ELocation was fine. Your scheduling process sucks. I reserved for 24 hour pickup and was moved to a location 30 minutes away at the last minute. Thankfully I read the email carefully. I had to call the local service center who changed it back to my original location and said I had to wait to pick it up at 10 AM there because that’s when they open. I could do 24 hour there. I had to reschedule my help as a result. Turns out the location opened at 9 not 10 and 24 hour was available. Just a total screw up. The guy at the location was great. Your service center SUCKS. I won’t be using U-Haul again.
