I got charged for an extra day. I picked it up on.Monday at 9am and dropped it off at Sunday at 9am. Why did I get charged for an extra day, do t I get 6 days?

I was quoted 1200 at the beginning but got charged way more why it was 1.560.00 for the truck
STEVEN CDropped equipment off on Monday and was yells at from 50 feet away to leave it there and she would check it in later. On Wednesday UHaul emailed me telling me to turn in the equipment so i spent the next 45 minutes trying to get it taken care of.
Marshall BAcross Towing was not my first choice as a pickup site. I originally made my reservation for Saturday, March 21 at "In A Pinch Rent". A couple of days before my rental, I received a call from U-Haul saying I needed to change to a 15' from a 10' and my location changed too. OK - only a couple of miles out of my way. Then, on my 2-hour drive down to pick up the U-Haul, I received a call from U-Haul saying no 15' trucks in Martinsville. After a few calls, I was able to pick up the 15' truck at Across Towing. Drove by my original choice, "In A Pinch Rent", plenty of trucks at their location. Apparently, they are not open on Saturdays, nor can you do an app/lock box key pick up. Why would U-Haul allow me to make a reservation at a place that is not open on Saturdays and does not have the lock box to pick up the truck. It was more stress than necessary on an already stressful day of moving.
Marsha RI was given only 9 moving blankets instead of the 12 I paid for. The trailer was parked in front of another trailer so that the tung of the other trailer was under the one I rented. I had to pull my trailer out by hand in order to be able to lift the tung to attach it to my truck. The trailer had a roller door instead of hinged doors and was difficult to open and close and took up space inside trailer. The trailer had a low tire that I didn't notice until after the trailer was loaded. Could not find a working air inflation at a truck stop anywhere between Indiana and North Carolina.
