When someone asks for a bigger truck , give it to Them !!! And don't act like your doing people favors , and then they are getting charged for all this extra stuff in the end !!! RUDE !!! And you seemed so nice , I truly believed that you were helping me . What a nightmare 2 days I had . So wrong. I also got charged extra money for the kaos at the apartment. !! Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat service at pickup. Rude clerk at drop off. Almost got charged a late fee because of him.
Martin MTire pressure low, out of washer fluid. U-Haul app is not easy to use pick up process was tedious and long. Drop off process was too long. Photos, using the app, was not worth $129 plus gas for 4 hours.
Christopher DIt’s unfortunate that all transactions are now with the app. I preferred this location because I could work with a person. The app wouldn’t save before pics of the truck - Frustrating
Theodore LApp wasn’t working, truck was parked behind a gate that we couldn’t get to.
